jita ase reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national identity card or other documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal or for large transactions.
Account Security and Responsibility
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share this information with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account; however, if any activity occurs without your knowledge, you must notify us immediately via our 24/7 live chat.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. That means for a ৳1,500 bonus, wagering of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be completed.
This bonus is not free money in any way; it is a conditional benefit that can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements are met.
5.2 Weekly and Regular Bonuses

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Any attempt to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts, placing artificial bets, or using any other dishonest method will result in the relevant account being closed and all balances being forfeited.

6.1 Game Restrictions

6.2 Technical Issues
If an internet disconnection or technical error occurs during a game, jita ase will determine the result of that round based on server-side data. In the event of a technical fault, the game provider's decision will be considered final.

7.1 Bet Cancellation Policy
If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets placed on that event are generally voided and the stake is returned. However, if a specified portion of the event has been completed, markets already settled may stand.
7.2 Suspicious Betting Activity
If match fixing, use of insider information, or coordinated fraudulent betting is detected, the relevant account will be investigated, and jita ase reserves the right to cancel suspicious bets.
